The American Academy in Berlin

The American Academy in Berlin is a private, non-profit, and non-partisan center for advanced study. The Academy’s mission is to foster intellectual and professional ties between Germans and Americans in the humanities, public affairs, and the arts. At its lakeside Hans Arnhold Center, the Academy offers 30 residential fellowships and hosts around 20 visiting lecturers and 120 public programs annually.

Center for Architecture

The Center for Architecture was founded by the New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and by the Center for Architecture Foundation as a public space committed to advancing an understanding of architecture, design, and the built environment through exhibitions, discussions, and professional exchange. Neue Galerie New York

Neue Galerie New York, a museum devoted to German and Austrian art of the early 20th century, presents a cabaret series in the Café Sabarsky, an intimate 60-seat room exquisitely appointed with period objects, including lighting fixtures by Josef Hoffmann and furniture by Adolf Loos. The restaurant draws its inspiration from the great cafés that served as important centers of intellectual and cultural life at the turn of the 20th century.

P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center is one of the largest and oldest organizations in the United States solely devoted to contemporary art.
